OVERDRIVE- SuiSound OVERZOID OZ1+ ....it could replace a Zon as an always on pedal or you could deforest a jungle with it's gain!

SuiSound OVERZOID OZ1+

$139.00 USD

Made in Belgium. Once again the really great pedals are no longer the property of America or Japan with a dabble coming from the traditional sources in European. It is a low gain pedal with a difference. The difference is it can be a medium gain pedal or you can push it to near metal.
It has punch and an aggressive attack.
With the gain low you could use it as an always on pedal. The sound is transparent and your guitars tone is completely in tact. A pedal with medium and high gain possibilities nearly always sound very grainy when the gain is pulled back. In fact at low gain most pedals are unusable.
Moving up the gain on the Overzoid makes the pedal growl and fatten..really push it and it will saturate. Thru any level of gain you guitar's tone can holds it's own The overall tone is very natural and organic.
The highs are sweet and add a shimmering glow to the sound. A switch that is referred to as a bass boost also beefs up the low mids. There is nothing about it that says Plexi.
But the low end has that granite like rock solid chunky sound that has always made the Plexi so popular.
The parts and build are solid. Beautifully hand made so you would expect it to sell for a premium price. Direct from the factory it is $139.00USD. From dozens of other brands you would expect up to $100.00 USD more.
Already my mind is asking me "what can I pull off of my board?"

OVERDRIVE- HORIZON DEVICES Precision Drive ...an original take on a high gain pedal...or a lot of hype???

HORIZON DEVICES Precision Drive

$260.00 USD

The first thing I just have to point out is that the underground hype
on this pedal a month ago was on the silly level. I not only could read it
I could smell it. LOL

Definitely an original high gain pedal.
On its own it sucks!!!
At least as far as I am concerned.
You can get a really tight sound from the Friedman BE-OD and you get far more variety of tone.
Or you can choose a large number of high gain pedals that are huge sounding that will make this sound like a microscopic mouse.
If you stack it with a really fat sounding unruly pedal it could be a real asset.
Personally a smart noise gate will work as well and clean up the noise as well.

It is being manufactured by MXR but it is not an MXR pedal.
Why? Perhaps to give it credibility???

Two things...the playing is stellar ...do not confuse the playing with the tone.
Secondly this is an infomercial for the pedal. It has a sh@t load of post production.
In other words the studio sound is at least half the sound of the pedal.

This review is confusing but at least it has no cosmetic surgery. LOL

We will have to wait for one of those lovely amateur home made Vids. Until then we have an infomercial and store Ad.

This Vid is a fair summary

FAIR IS FAIR

UPDATE January 2018
If you are not using an all tube amp designed for modern Metal I stand by my opinion.
BUT  but if you are this is a valid option.

THE 20 BEST MARSHALL AMPS OF ALL TIME

BEST OF THE VERY BEST

          MARSHALL AMPS ...EVER!!!!

JOHAN  SEGEBORN OWNS MORE VINTAGE MARSHALL AMPS
THEN EVERY COLLECTER IN THE WORLD BROUGHT TOGETHER!!!!

Johan is one of us! He too has visited and loves the SDS Blog!!!
He has his own site which is a mind blower. When I need expert info on Marshall or for that matter any amps I go to him.
When it comes to amps Johan is god!!!
Pedals I know ...amps I need help.

This is my favourite post....I love this video.
Check out #12...
This was my PLEXI that I played for years and years when I lived in London.

YES IN 1971 WHEN I LIVED IN LONDON/U.K
I BOUGHT A USED MARSHALL HALF STACK . It was a ...

1968 MARSHALL...MARSHALL 1987 50 watt Lead

This BIG MUFF ram's head
was my overdrive channel. LOL

It cost me $260.00 USD ...it was a bit dirty but there wasn't a mark on it.  It was just a half decent used amp being sold for the average price ...LOL

I had it for years...the head had  a cover and I always moved it myself. The cab was toast after years and years of using it but the amp was mint. I sold it when I moved back over the pond. I was broke. LOL

THE LITTLE DIGRESSION

I also sold an original Gibson Flying V which I got  about $600.00 USD for. Hey that's life!....you want to dedicate your life to 'YOUR' music this sh@t is going to happen.

There is an up side to my guitar gains and losses.

Years later I got a Daphne blue mint condition 66 Fender Mustang
It was made 3 months after the very first Mustang ever made.
I paid $260.00 USD.
BUT...it was stolen.
I had an insurance to replace it with a Fender of equal value...that turned out to be a Fender Custom shop Strat in Sonic blue with a maple neck. This is one of my current guitars of which I have 6.
It gets better...they also stole a 76 Fender Musicmaster....for which I could replace it with.

1959 LP Special reissue

Since it was a new reissue at the time....I had the bridge PU removed and a Seymour Duncan
'Pearly Gates' PAF put in.
THIS GUITAR IS THE BEST SOUNDING GUITAR I HAVE EVER OWNED.
(Keep in mind I did own two 50's LP at one time)
I think I strummed about 3 chords on the day  played it with the Duncan and I new I had a killer guitar!!!! My bass player was there.. stopped dead and said WOW!!! before I could even open my mouth to do the same. lol

BACK TO THE AMPS

When I got back 'across the pond' I  got a mint condition 1968 Fender Twin Reverb...first year silver faced.  I always bought mint...I am fussy..being the first year was just dumb luck

THE LONDON CLUBS IN THE EARLY '70's

Well they were actually all pubs. Many held only 50 to 75 people. The stages were nano. LOL
The better bands had Marshall half stacks...nothing was ever mic'd but 50 watts was loud. What is not known is that if someone got signed and did bigger gigs..most loved their 50's so they used two. It was well known that the 50's had much better sustain. Remember these amps had one channel and no separate preamp volume. I must admit playing on 10 was not unusual. LOL
Yes ...they would use two 50 watt full stacks to play bigger venues and promote their first album.
A lot of those early pics you see were not 100watts. But I know that most young players assume these days they were. Most players were not as volume nuts as is rumoured..LOL
We all tried to keep the levels even with the drums...and bass.
Hey...if the whole band is at an equal level it sounds ballsy...even if the overall level is relatively low.
This is as true today as then.

Most of us from the late 60's/70's can still hear. BUT we all have lost some hearing. Anything louder then a drummer without mics is just stupid. In the real world that is pretty much 40 watts or less. It depends on the amp and speakers design and efficiency. A really well made class A tube amp at 15 watts can keep up with a drummer. On the other hand a badly designed and usually cheap 100 watt solid state (transistor) amp with a cheap speaker may not be louder.

Personally I recommend if the amp is all tube get a 50 watt...40 at the least.
I am currently using a Bluguitar AMP1. Check out the Post ...
A MARSHALL PLEXI PEDAL ...A 100 watt Plexi pedal

4/26/2017 ...6:15 PM

OK here is heads up to those that do not know...

OVERDRIVE- GOOSONIQUE 7TH HEAVEN ...a 10 Megaton PLEXI

GOOSONIQUEWORX 7TH HEAVEN

$300.00 USD

This is the lighter of their 2 dirt boxes LOL .
It is definitely meant to be a Marshall Plexi stack. But it is more like a wall of them. LOL
If you want the heaviest Marshall Plexi sound ever made.
THIS IS IT! This pedal has no rivals.

SO...YOU WANT TO BUY ONE? ....GOOD LUCK
THEY HAVE A FEW SITES...EVEN A MAIN ONE
THEY TELL YOU EVERYTHING ...EVEN THE PRICE
BUT NOT EVEN A HINT OF WHERE TO BUY ONE
I COULD ONLY FIND ONE ON REVERB...& IT WAS SOLD.

5/21/17

I should have known...Rogue Guitar Shop in NY sells them...they only have stock of the Kult
at present.

OH MY...and this pedal is so good that my head is spinning faster then an electric fan with out an off switch!!!

OVERDRIVE- EFFECTRODE TUBE DRIVE the real deal...luxury buyers only

EFFECTRODE TUBE DRIVE

$430.00 USD

A very simple idea...a fairly simple design.
Just a volume, tone and drive.
They make a whole preamp model too.

I do not know who would appeal to???
It is expensive it does a very pleasant blues/fusion sound.
To get it to have a some serious gain it would need a fourth tube.
Putting overdrive pedals in front of it would defeat it's purpose.
If you are entranced with it's sound keep in mind it needs an amp ...so why would you not just buy a good tube amp.
A really good transistor OD is a much better option. Serious tube sound comes from the amplifier of a tube amp ..not the preamp.
A simple single tube pre as a sweetener could be nice but not at this price.
If it were under $200.00 USD maybe.

FUZZ- ARC EFFECTS BIG GREEN ....a tall font EH Sovtek Big muff clone...with a big important difference

ARC EFFECTS BIG GREEN

SO what's the big difference.
A little history. Over the years the early pedals were

$190.00 USD

dropped by the pro's and as they wanted the great sounds of studio gear. Manufacturers started to produce dumbed down rack mount gear. Mike Matthews ended up with EH going bankrupt.
He moved to Russia just after the fall of communism and started a new company ...Sovtek
Using Russian parts he made a new Big Muff the 'high front' Russian Muff ...painted in an army 'Drab Green'
Many think it was not only the fattest fullest Muff..but it had a unique sound too.
Pedal makers have tried and produce pedals based off of this design. The general overall sound is there but none have got that woody hollow resonance of the original.
The big difference with the Arc is that they nailed it!!!

When It comes to great sound detail is everything!

Many makers do the Sovtek. The Way Huge Swollen Pickle Fuzz is a case in point. It sounds amazing until compared with the ARC. The tone of the ARC does not have to be optimized for only the one massive setting for shredding and power chords. Lighter settings sound so rich that they can be used for accompaniment parts behind the vocals etc. This quite literally makes this pedal in my mind as 'twice' as good as it's competitors. It is the equivalent of an OD that has both a good medium and high gain. I do not know of another fuzz with a good medium gain sound.

If I had the room on my board I would order one today!

ARC LTD. EDITION
$250.00 USD
temporarily out of stock?
ORIGINAL SOVTEK

CODA

YES ONE LAST WORD

There are hundreds of Fuzz boxes that on first impression are total scorchers. Trust me many have no tone. You will soon tire of them. The BIG GREEN is a little masterpiece.

. Yes some of the big names make a a FEW great pedals. The EH MINI POG is a masterpiece. They make the NANO POG...they claim it is the same...BULL !!!!

So you get my point!
If you are in the market for a Fuzz there are many that are a blazing rip your face off models. But you get one and it has no real tone or any depth to the sound so you soon tire of it.
But with the  BIG GREEN you will find in no time months later and you are using it ...over and over ..and over.

ARC are one of the smaller players. They are all about high quality...great sound and a fair price. They have something that a lot of what many of the big makers have not. INTEGRITY
if we do not support them they will be gone.

OVERDRIVE- ALEXANDER PEDALS JUBILEE SILVER OVERDRIVE....beginners paradise!!!

ALEXANDER PEDALS

JUBILEE SILVER OVERDRIVE

This is a pedal version of a 1987 Marshall golden 2555 Jubilee amp. The amp itself even came clad in silver vinyl.
This is yet another Marshall JMC 800 pedal

$190.00 USD

So what's better about this one?
Sound wise it NOTHING!!! LOL
There are many I like better. I own several JCM 800 style pedals.

....SO WHY IS EVEN BEING REVIEWED ?

In a word it is TIGHT...very tight but without that keeping it from having a half decent full sound.

If you consider yourself a beginner or are someone that does not want to deal with using your technique or perhaps a gate to keep the sound under control  ...then this is for you.
You can back it off for a good mid gain pedal to do things like accompaniment style playing. You can crank it with a bit a lush mid range for a classic  lead sound. You can even scoop it to get a very controllable and surprisingly impressive Metal sound.
It is the essential Swiss army Knife distortion pedal.

So in short ...great sounding ...easy to control ...easy to set up a good sound with a nice 3 way EQ ...and versatile.

It is a bit pricy for a beginner.
BUT..this thing is not 'training wheels' for a beginner on a bike...
a lot of players consider a very tight sounding pedal even with years of playing and a very good technique to be the sign of a superior pedal.
For those that hate having to fuss to get a good sound ...this is your pedal.
Easy to set up in seconds to get several basic but useful sounds.
BULLET PROOF!!!
I think no matter where in the future your playing takes you this pedal will be a 'keeper.'

Sorry to those waiting for this review ....especially this lady _______________________________

Grrrrrr....

OVERDRIVE- GOOSONIQUEWORX KULT ...a very, very, very, high gain pedal even with the gain set on zero!!!!

GOOSONIQUEWORX  KULT

$315.00 USD

This is without doubt the Metal King of Overkill. lol
The gain is excessive with the knob on zero gain.
It would be fun to own one just for shock value alone.
Lots to tweak.
If the hugest 'Metal Sound' ever ...
is not the KULT.  It is probable that it is only in someone's imagination!!!!!!!

OVERDRIVE- SVI SOUND TECHNO OV ....soulful and elegant yet masterful and self assured..

SVI SOUND TECHNO OV

GERMANIUM OVERDRIVE

With 6 great OD's in a row that I found by just throwing my net in foreign waters. I thought I would try again. Oh my god...minutes later and another big fish. LOL

This time it is from Varna Bulgaria. How obvious why didn't I think of that? LOL

OD's primarily use FET's for the sound. The only thing one sees with germanium transistors in is a vintage Fuzz. So soon as I read thisI was curious.
I figured something bizarre but clever might be going on.
Or maybe it would just be ...stupid. LOL

Instead I got to hear one the best but most unique medium gain OD's I have ever heard.

$169.00 USD

There is not a trace of fuzz or fizzy like tones The sounds cut like a knife and are as smooth as the side of one.

It's two gain stages allow you to go from light to medium gain.

It is made from new old USSR stock of  vintage
transistors and diodes.

Definitely one of the very best light gain pedals. There is nothing artificial nor harsh about it. With just the first gain on ...it is the smoothest and yet crisp and clean dirt boxes I ever heard.

The second stage adds a bit of aggression and bite and does not disappoint.

BUT IT IS THAT FIRST STAGE ....
It makes a TUBE SCREAMER SOUND LIKE CLANGING RUSTY CHAINS
.
I have heard some good DUMBLE pedals that got the tone close..to the Dumble amp ...but not the spirit of what tone was supposed to be all about.
This has a  feeling of floating gracefully though space. The guy has done this with a voicing that is all his own.
And what a spell binding tone he has created.

If Blues or Fusion ...is your thing. Nothing sounds as soulful yet as elegant as this.

Or maybe you love the spacey playing of Dave Gilmour ...this pedal could send you in that direction with a unique tone of your own.

THE PRICE IS FAIR FOR A 2 GAIN STAGE PEDAL

WHY THE MARSHALL PLEXI SOUNDS SO DAMN GOOD !!!

PLEXIMANIA

It is generally considered that the late 60's Marshalls have one of the best amp sounds in the world.
What is the secret?
First all tube amps even a high end stereo amp where removing all distortion is a given ...distort. Well as a casual listener they do not seem to distort at all. So whats going on.

AMPS & OVERTONES

There are even overtones. These are ones that are quite literally related to the fundamental and odd overtones these are not.
What's the difference.
Well odd overtones are harsh because they are overtones not actually in tune with the key you are playing in. ( Note: A FUZZ Box is virtually all odd overtones so it is very harsh)
Even overtones are related to that key. Lets talk about the first and most predominant overtone . The second harmonic.
Simple.. the second harmonic for example of an A note is A.
Think of it this way ...it kind of like having an A octave pedal playing an A one or two octaves higher to your A note.
.
When talking about high end stereo the objective is to have the signal that goes into an amp be exactly the same as the signal that comes out. If it does not. It is a 'distortion' of the original signal.
So here is the deal. All tube amps no mater how clean ...take the even harmonics ...especially the second and exaggerate them. The second harmonic in effect becomes a second note playing along with the actual note. What is not to like? This means every note or chord is almost like 2 notes or 2 chords. Twice as fat sounding.

The late 60's Marshalls did 2 things. First they exaggerated the second harmonic to the extreme.
Secondly they made the lower mids louder then the upper mids. you could call the upper mids the 'treble mids' and the lower mids the bass mids. It is a no brainer. Lows sound fat...highs sound thin.
Exaggerated second harmonics almost create a doubling effect  ..Two notes are fatter then one.

So in short you have two sources fattening the sound!!!

So why did they stop making them???

Well the trouble with lower mids is that the drums and bass guitar create a sh@t load of them. The guitar sound can get lost in a band context. Players were all using the Rangemaster Treble booster.
A misleading description because the Rangemaster boosted the highs..off course ...BUT they boosted the poop out a the upper mids too. Hendrix and others were using the Fuzz pedal for more sustain. The course sound of it became popular because it was aggressive. The second harmonic of the amp itself smoothed out enough of that harshness to sweeten the sound.

So Marshall redesigned the amp with high mids being the loudest. They put in a preamp volume/level control. This in effect was to replace the reliance of the Rangemaster and the Fuzz.
It also allowed the amp to be turn down below tinnitus levels. lol

One second thing that contribute to the Plexi. The transformers had inadequate headroom. This meant the louder you pushed them the less able that they could reproduce the peak levels of the input.
Think of a peak visually as  the letter 'A'. It has a point on the top representing the peak.
If the transformer can not produce it ...it cuts the top off the 'A'.
The shape of a fuzz pedal signal is completely flat. No point at all. In fact the fuzz signal is a square shape ...not an 'A' shape.
In short the transformer turns the sound into a distortion box.
It also in effect turns the transformer into a limiter/compressor . Or to keep it simple the amp sounds like a pedal compressor pushing an overdrive pedal.

Ok one last thing. No tech here. The amp section of all tube amps reacts in a kind of pumping fashion. The louder it is the more it pumps When you hit your strings hard it pumps up. This not only exaggerates the dynamics but 'feels' really good to the player. It is why most players prefer tube amps.
The feel good factor affects all of us in a positive way. It gives you a feeling of power which makes you feel confident that you are empowered. So...you quite literally PLAY BETTER!
_______________________________________________________________________

NOTE: WANT A PLEXI ?

The new Thomas Blug Bluguitar Amp 1 has only one tube It is between the preamp and the solid state class D transistor amp. This section is called the 'Driver'
It is a tiny military spec tube. This tube has a lovely tendency to 'pump' beautifully! The transistor amp simply reproduces this. The result is a Plexi feel and sound to the unit.
The great thing is this amp does not have to be loud for the this tube to pump like a very loud Plexi.
I bought one! When I say it sounds AWESOME... I am not using the word as a figure of speech.

Many people have shied away from this amp.
...too good to be true?
...the preamp is transistor?
...the power Amp is transistor?
...it looks like a toy?
...a 2 pound amp can not put out any serious power?

THE TRUTH
...it only appears to be too good to be true
...everyone is using OD pedals...which are quite literally little transistor pre amps
...as explained above the preamp does not contribute to the 'amp sound'
...it photographs badly.
It looks like a plastic Boss drum machine painted with cheap metallic silver paint. If you get one in your hands and you can easily see it is a high tech thick but light alloy ...with an amazing heavily textured industrial finish. The controls are very firm..the knobs feel like the pots have ball bearings in them.
A good stage amp needs no more then 50 watts ...this has 100 watts. Anything louder then 3 or 4 on the master volume will blow your head off. This thing can be  EXCRUCIATINGLY  F__KING LOUD !!!.

Let me tell you a funny story.

It is a pedal. (although I just put on top of its cab...I do not need it on the floor)

So like all pedals ...to try it out I did the standard deal of putting all the knobs on 12 o'clock.
I turned it on and hit a chord.

"JESUS CHRIST !!! " I screamed.
My scream was heard in every apartment in the building.
I HAD THE MASTER AT 12 O'CLOCK ....on 5. LOL
It was painfully, painfully loud!!!

YOUR CHOICE ???

SO...the amp is $800.00 USD
A Celestion Neo Creambacker $169.00 USD

A 60watt speaker with a neodymium magnet that is very light weight. It sounds like the G12H 30's in the Marshall cabs that went with the late 60's Plexi.but with just a bit more punchy lows.

I built an open back very small and light cabinet out of pine the extra lows make up for not having a closed back Marshall cab.
.(I made it in an apartment dining room with hand tools. It was easy ..looks much more pro then you think ...you could do it)
The extra lows make up for the lows made by the Marshall 1960A ...4x12 ..30 watt sealed cabinet half stack.
Cabinet costs. About $100.00USD

BLUGUITAR AMP 1 & SPEAKER/CAB .........................Total $1069.00 USD .

MARSHALL 1959 SLP with a 1960a SPEAKER CAB ....Total $4000.00 USD

_________________________________________________________________________

The cab is about 10 lb.. the amp is 2 lb.  that is  about the   same as a Les Paul in  it's  case. I have owned a real    Plexi....it  was an amazing amp ...since selling it  I  have   never been happy with my sound  until now!!!

OVERDRIVE-FRIEDMAN MOTOR CITY DRIVE....will this eclipse the BE-OD!!!!

FRIEDMAN MOTOR CITY DRIVE

A 12ax7 tube OD

Not yet even for sale. The scoop on it says that the tube

$300.00 USD

makes a big difference to blah blah blah on MOST
OD pedals.
Actually it makes squat. The most popular
OD in the world Friedman's own BE-OD.It does not need  a tube ...and it does not use a tube. What is more for it to make a serious difference it would have to be pushed really hard. It is powered by a 12v adapter ...anything less and the tube would not even light up. LOL
Over the years there have been and are lots of tube driven
OD's. You have not seen them here because they either
sounded like crap or were as big and expensive as a whole tube amp.
It might surprise me ...but if it is good..the sound will come from the transistors in it and not from it's 12ax7 pilot light. LOL
They do a tube Fuzz. The thing about the fuzz in the first place was it was the first use of the transistor to be used to make rock music. So A tube model is like a
steam driven computer. these pedals scream of Gimmick!!!

OVERDRIVE- SINVERTEK DISTORTION No.5 .... lots of bells & whistles but does it sound any good?

SINVERTEK DISTORTION No.5

The maker claims to give you  a generic tube amp sound. It does not start with the idea that you have a Plexi or a Vox or whatever. It gives you a countless amount of controls to tweak your sound to make it to your taste etc.

$150.00 USD

I do not care if you build an entire parametric EQ in an OD...or give me 3 different boosts etc. If I can not throw all the knobs on 12 o'clock and hear a half decent rich ...full and fat sound trying to push it's way thru...then it has been my experience that if I start with nothing to work with I end up with nothing working.

That said ...It in fact it is very late 60's 100watt Plexi. It is no where as near rich and detailed as the last few pedals I have reviewed. The sustain is lame.
On the plus it has quite a wallop. It can cover a mid gain and high gain OD well.

Nov 2018 ...version 2 is out with a bit of re-voicing and a little more headroom.

WILL I BUY ONE?

For once ...NO!
check out the Dawner Prince Red Rox Distortion it will eat this breakfast. A much better sound and it has an incredibly looooong sustain!!!

...or check out Surprise Sound's HVO indistinguishable from a gourmet amps dirt channel!!!
One guy who bought one found it so good he gave up on his King of Tone that he had been using for 14 years!!! That is one F.ing big recommendation!!!

PEDAL PREDICTION ....will all pedals soon be made by GENERAL MOTORS ???

WHAT IS THE BOUTIQUE AMP DISTRIBUTION GROUP ?

This is is how it works it is much like  GM worked in the 1920's They got all the small companies under one banner to compete with FORD. Eventually one that did better would gobble up another etc. until one day it was one company with a bunch of sexy names to market that in reality was really no different then FORD.

GENERAL PEDALS

This is not a mythical factory...BUT no it is not called General Pedals. lol
It is called The Boutique Amp Distribution.
It in fact makes pedals as well as tube amps..
I can not say it does not do quality products. It is capable of making the best.
.

I think they might get to be as big as Fender one day. With some great stuff and lots of crap ...and Fenders well known bad attitude. Fender have no qualms about screwing their smaller dealers or muzzling the video critics, In fact they work at policing the web.
FULL TIME!!! For example if one reviews a product based on a Strat...one must call it an 'S' style or get sued. Petty or not???

OK back to GM

My concern is that with the money saved by the BRANDS making it this way will be used to market the product.
Marketing WORKS.
Most players will not be like you and do your own market research...they will simply buy the obvious. The obvious will be the brand that makes their name as obvious as Coca Cola has with a soft drink.
Soon you will have little choice. Just mediocre products. If a flashy looking $50.00 overdrive is sold for $250.00...with a $100.00 worth of promo to convince you.
YOU WILL BUY!!!
Just get a few Stars to promote them and do a stellar job on post production on the vids and you will
be a willing stooge.

It is not only making American product it makes for anyone any where as is evident with Germany's Diezel

pinnacle the PEDAL

WAMPLER

... has just sent their manufacturing staff to the unemployment line and have their pedals made
there.

pinnacle the TONE

SO IF YOU DO NOT SUPPORT THE LITTLE GUY WITH THE HAND MADE GREAT PRODUCT. YOU WILL SOON HAVE NO PRODUCT WORTH OWNING !!!

OVERDRIVE- WEEHBO MORBID DRIVE & WEEHBO JCM DRIVE ... the verdict...

WEEHBO MORBID OD

$275.00 USD

This little goodie comes from Hanover Germany. It is an all bells whistles generic Marshall Metal sounding OD.
Half of the pedal can be set for anything from a light to medium gain...and then you can kick in the heavy gain side of the unit for a total annihilation.
It has a damn good sound. Sumptuous but bold.

Lately great OD's are coming from all over Europe, South America and Canada.
There are also some small American makers that are doing a stellar job like LPD and Friedman.

The big Japanese and U.S. companies have dropped the ball.
Smart shoppers will not be fooled by the traditional
players in the pedal game.
They have or own these pedals and want better.

These 2 pedals are simply..BETTER!

WEEHBO JMC OD

If you want that high gain in a traditional  Marshall JCM800 package they do not let you down.

This is another serious choice.

What is not to like. Two more stellar choices!

BUT BUT BUT...

But you better check out the

ALEX K PRODUCTION RED SCORPION DISTORTION

ALEX K PRODUCTION HOT ICE SWEET DISTORTION

PIOD FX WHAT YOU WANT 2

M. I AUDIO MEGALITH DELTA
